        I count 110 sandwiches approx, not including the rolls on the bottom shelf. Today that would be wrapped in 2kg of packaging (assuming 20g of plastic/card per carton) and displayed in a fridge with no door. What are the hygiene gains? Did people get food poisoning more in the 70s?

        Chicken salad’s a bit pricey. I remember working as a temp and having brown bread cream cheese every day with a cappuccino. Bloody lovely.

        I used to eat those Energen rolls from Boots for lunch when I was a temp. They were like spun nylon..& tasted like it. Then a Limits Butterscotch Whip for afters...bliss!!!
