    As we commit $50m to help native wildlife recover from bushfires, it is beyond imagination to see the footage of koalas killed during land clearing. I welcome the Vic Govt’s vow to take the strongest possible action and will continue to monitor the progress of any investigation.

    As part of our Engineers have been working with local authorities to remove burnt trees & clear roads in NSW, SA & VIC. This work is critical to ensure emergency services & property owners have access to infrastructure & water resources.

    Our vets are one of the many reservists who have been deployed as part of the ADF Reserve Call Out. Army Vets & members of 9th Brigade have been deployed to Kangaroo Island. One of their many tasks is to assist support injured wildlife.
