Might as well tell her, she is on death row. What would 999mean to a 59yearold woman. Is there a special formula somewhere in these figures. Crime is drugs.I do not understand. Stop the world I want to get off 
I never heard of a 999 year sentence for drug trafficking. Alabama this is crazy.
What would you consider appropriate? She’s a 3rd time felon busted for trafficking heroin and opiates - how many chances do we give her? 999 years is stupid - but so is 5.
I agree, she should have gotten something substantial the 1st time, maybe it would have been a deterrent. And maybe she should get life in prison, if this is really her 3rd time around the block, but 999 years?!?!? Well I guess either way, she got life!
