#COVID19. After speaking w/@LADWP reps, the water was turned on yesterday evening!

Because @LADWP didn't resolve this stressful situation for over 7 mths, our cmmty member has incurred a debt. We hope that @LADWP takes responsibility & agrees to forgive the debt, and we thank them for taking the 1st step to ensure this family has water they need to survive.
