There's also evidence that circumcision causes psychological trauma - I don't see how it's medically ethical to inflict trauma on an infant that's incapable of consenting, especially without medical need.

Oh look, the doctor that - got into a court case over an argument in a NYC Trader Joe's, - was reprimanded for her treatment of her Trump supporting patients, - and thinks that circumcision for male infants is fine, regardless of the ethical implications, has blocked me. Oh no.

These are the responses I get from all my foreign friends. That's when I realized...'Oh....this is just an American thing.....' If several other civilized countries can thrive without circumcision, why can't we? It's just...insanity.

You know SJW shit is out of hand when even Ellen is now too offensive. What's next on the "offensive" list? Winnie the Pooh because of what Tigger rhymes with?

"All Canadians are immigrants"? 🤔🤔🤔 No. All Canadians are *citizens*. Some were immigrants, but worked hard to become citizens. Current immigrants can join the Canadian family through citizenship. Stop devaluing our citizenship. A party leader should know better.

Freedom of expression is the foundation from which all other rights are born. Every single one. Always fight for it. Always oppose those who wish to restrict your voice. Always reject legislation that wishes to dial back your individual freedom to say what you think.

A couple years ago, when I was writing for American Dad!, I needed an Arabic speaker for a small part. Our casting director recommended a Saudi comedian, who happened to be in LA for a couple months shooting a tv show. His name is Fahad Albutairi.

You can't give me one. Not a single one. And whether or not the guilty party would accept your example wouldn't stop you showing me up as a 'hateful anti-Muslim bigot' if you could. You just can't. Thanks for playing.

Reminder of what sensible people already know: anti-Muslim hatred is disgusting. Treating people as individuals without prejudice is the way. But ideas are always fair game. And it's especially necessary to criticise terrible ideas, regardless of who holds them

Criticism of religion isn't remotely the same thing as criticism of Muslims as a people, and to conflate the two as you have, is actual bigotry.

Insisting that the veil is not oppressive denies agency to women who are forced to wear it. It disregards their voices as either uninformed or irrelevant, & instead feeds on Islamist narratives that generalize about male/female relations. That is oppressive.
