Wow. Girls are powerful. For guys like Matt, the presence of a single girl would utterly annihilate 108 years of a boy-centric power structure. Cool.pic.twitter.com/CAih0r2eou

Not all dads are created equal. Surly is as surly does. Empathy is underrated.

I mean, did you just use "incel' because that's the term de jour? I'm obvously not worried about any of @MattWalshBlog 's son's becoming incel.

Were you intentionally maligning single moms?

Did you not suggest that incels only come from homes without fathers?

And if I was maligning single mothers? Then what? kids generally do better with a mother and a father.

Toxic masculinity is real, but I’m guessing we disagree about that. We probably agree about a lot of things, though. That is why empathy is so important. We can agree to disagree without assuming the other is a “parody.”

          Is there toxic femininity?

Can’t think of any examples, maybe you can help me out. By your definition, femininity would be toxic when it does not serve masculine interests. Is that what you are looking for? I’m not buying it. “Boys don’t cry” is the classic example of TM. Start there.

The only people who use toxic masculinity is feminists. Adults don’t.

I am also not predicting his sons will be involuntary celibates. His hot take on the BSA makeover is lacking empathy, a defining characteristic of most extremists, incels being one current example.

What about his empathy for him to have a place for his sons? Why can't boys have their own space? His hot take isn't extreme at all.

It’s pretty extreme to suggest that boys have no place to develop masculine characteristics if girls are allowed to participate in their camp outs and earn the same merit badges.

So you don't have empathy for him. Got it. Where do boys have to develop masculine characteristics? Each avenue is slowly going away.
