    We gave up our offices a year ago. We went to a 4-day work week a year before that—shortly after the pandemic started. And as a feminist organization, we have always been a flexible workplace. Corporate America is catching up to us!

    Sabbaticals should be the norm for all jobs/professions. It sounds like outrageous privilege, but I am 100% for normalizing time off whether , , , and much needed extended breaks with a guaranteed return to work.
