It’s shocking how bad contract tracing is in vic. Personally I can attest to this as I have through my work in health as two experiences where I was contacted in day 9 post contact and on last occasion not at all. It’s actually scary how bad it is.

sorry for "dragging" the country down. it must be inconvenient. We can chat more when Vic closes their border with few cases and the NSW virus finds a "hidden" pocket and numbers are EXPLODING-while I truly hope it doesn't happen but the determining factor will ONLY be LUCK

At least NSW is open. They have what is called Contact Tracing that works. We have Dictator Dan going for eradication. Hope your not looking forward to Christmas 2020 because Dan will still be on his podium spouting crap as to why we can’t.
