I’m tired of candidates starting from a position of weakness as opposed to a position of strength.
You realize that only Biden has international stature to try to persuade wield to increase commitment beyond Paris Accord.
That's an empty talking point. Every president automatically gains that stature by merit of their office. Even Trump has it if he ever bothered to use it. It's not something you need before coming in.
I've noticed this in other videos of folks who confront Biden on climate. It's a weird power move that to me says, "I'm not listening to you, now listen to me."
