        Can’t confirm that. North Chico doesn’t have any advisories but it 32 is showing red on google maps but I would think it would be a good route right now.

        An hour ago we went out via river road to ord bend and then took country roads to make it to Orland w/out 32

        I headed south, did that by heading west, taking the 45 south to the 162 east, which runs into the 99 south of Oroville. If you put “Glenn, CA” into GPS, it’ll get you to the 45. Stay safe!

        Hwy 32 looks pretty congested on Google Maps, Hwy 99 northbound probably makes more sense, cut over to I-5 at Corning or Red Bluff if necessary. Likely impossible to go S on 99.
