Riiight, two ambiguous questions, with no follow-up as to why; given the fascist tendencies of the conservatives in this country could just as easily be that. Also, was the entire faculty surveyed or just a self-selected group?
That is chilling data for a school dedicated to and know largely for the hard sciences. The humanities have been under siege for a long time, but it is at the shore of the hard sciences which is terrifying.
for their courageous stand, calls for the adoption of the Chicago Principles & their push back vs forces of illiberalism. Alumni wave gathering power, they aren't just checkbooks, must be the consciences of their alma maters.
