Looks like the music was claimed with ContentID. You might have to ask your music licensing service to whitelist your channel. We had a similar problem a few months back (demonetized, but not taken down), and it cleared the instant we were whitelisted.

The music tracks are automatically listed below the video player, which only happens when they’re claimed in ContentID.

And normally if it was removed for music or other claimed content it will say something this video removed for violation of copyright or licensing etc. but it just says unavailable on Seán's.
