    Preach. Trades are where the demand is. These guys are making more than most college grads I know.

    This heating & air guy is making so much loot he doesn’t wanna leave his neighborhood for work. Or climb ladders 😳. Btw, Cheltenham is a suburb less than 5 miles from him. We really sat there & told kids college was the only way out. WE NEED TRADES 🗣

    Currently at 281.67% Jan 1 2021 to now, YOY.

    In 2019, I had a personal goal to increase organic traffic on a site of mine by 300% over 2018. I ended 2019 at +757%. I made a goal to increase it another 300% in 2020. YTD +647% over 2019. 2021? Fuck it. The goal is another 300%.

    Drove 40 minutes after they verified they had 200 pieces of the tile. They had 112. 88 short of what they verified. Verifier "thought he saw two more boxes." Silver lining - they at least had 112.

    Another 9 minutes on hold with a store who finally has it. But they won't hold it or let me pay for it over the phone and they're a 40 min drive. Fantastic.

    6 mins on hold at my home store to have them find me who had stock, hung up, called second store who showed online it had stock, 16 mins on hold for them to say no they do not, called third store with supposed stock, 20 mins on hold to find out no they do not.

    I appreciate that has a pro dept, however, I ALWAYS get better & faster customer service by using the regular registers & standard dept phone extensions. Either run it right or stop posing. Been on hold at the pro desk for 16 mins now waiting them to confirm stock.

    I was doing a showing and heard something ringing. After about three rings it hit me that the person had a landline. I didn't realize people still had landlines. Then I heard the answering machine pick up. And that's when I realized the house was located in 1986.
