the easiest/funnest part IMO was substantiating the hypothesis and laying the academic groundwork. The hard part was defining the user persona & their journey - what's the right age? how do we do this w/o making them tech/screen-dependent? how do we measure/track EQ?

I'd spent a lot of time researching the offline, hyperlocal, academic models across the world focused on development. This kinda work isn't being done in tech, it's being attempted in small, specialised schools that cannot operate at scale. ...

some time back, I was super pumped about a "vision" for building game(s) that would help people develop high emotional intelligence from an early age (my belief: EQ >>>> IQ for individual fulfilment, social fabric, career success etc.) ...

life hack: days when you're feeling GOOD about something - love, family, self, career, new reckonings... anything - write about it in as much detail as possible. Label the file "come back to this when you're feeling down" & then do exactly that.
