Great to see startups tackle chronic healthcare gaps in Bihar and especially #Mithila region. is helping rural consumers save time on doctor appointments, lab tests and connecting them to premium doctors in T1 cities for 2nd opinion. Proud to support.

What is the deal with 'Family Homeopaths' in Indian households!? Homeopaths are not family docs, not even med practitioners Asking for med advice from family Homeopath is the same as asking for advice from ur home furniture Family Medicine doc - thats the right person to keep

Here’s a challenge to product thinkers Accountability is critical for habit building (where a human literally asks you if you performed an action until it becomes a daily habit) Personal coaching does this, but is costly+hard to scale What can provide accountability at scale?

So many apps are being removed without prior warning and support don't even bother to reply.

So Google removed Indic Keyboard from Google Play, without giving a warning, without pinpointing the issue - just saying icon has image or words you don't own. The icon is an original work by @hfactor. I filed an appeal, it says they need 7 works days for reply.

If a leader doesn’t clearly define tenets and principles of how they like work to be done/not done, they’ll end up becoming event-based nitpickers and perceived as micromanagers and become the biggest bottleneck to the growth of the team that reports to them.

The one message I'd time travel to deliver to myself & our founding team (back in October 2020) would be: "Things will take longer than expected. One day delays won't matter. There will be tons of mis-steps. You simply need to be patient, observant & focused - things work out."

In contrast, also try this. Close your eyes. Relax. Think back to some uncomfortable memory from your past. Then give that you a hug, soothe their feelings, tell them you're there for them, that everything will work out, to not be afraid. You feel that oxytocin? That's self love.

A doctor whose consultation fee is ₹500 told me that he charges ₹800 if patient wants to book appointment through phone call or online platform(s). 🤷‍♂️

When you can’t afford readymade food, you learn to cook! That’s what I did when I was studying during my degree. Right now if you can’t afford a readymade engineer, have a strategic view, hire a lot of freshers, train them, bootcamp, 3 months they will be bleeding code! Do it.
