I can’t help but worry that AI ethics leads to AI regulation that leads to the expensive AI licensing that leads to FAANGs having an AI monopoly. i.e putting a neural network in productive requires five years and $500,000 in lawyers. Easy for google, impossible to startups

  15. I love quick sort & Huffman coding for their sheer brilliance. also love the fact that both these algorithms were designed by undergrad students. Both these approaches are fairly simple but only an insightful mind would arrive to those conclusions. What impress you?

  16. It feels like a college laboratory and with all that noise, distraction you can barely be productive. I would only opt for open office if it was limited to your agile team per se and not more. I have no idea how it became a fashionable trend.

  17. Thread:: The initial motive of having non cubicle open office was good but now it has become a hack:: it has become a real state decision. You fail to manage and budget proper office space and so cram up your employees and call it "open office".
