One is a private company with policies in place that the user clearly violated. And one was the president violating norms with the free press in order to suppress someone he doesn't like. Not all 1st amendment cases are the same.

Nice justification of banning speech you dislike. Both are wrong based on my principles.

Let me ask you this, in all seriousness, can i come and standat the end of your driveway at 2am and yell insults at you through a bullhorn for hours every night? Or would you and other members of your neighborhood take steps to put an end to that?

You seem to think so. Read the post i replied to originally. He claims he doesn't agree with banning speech he dislikes, as do you, and yet what happens when that speech becomes a nuisance? You face consequences from other people that include being forced out and ostracized

So you're saying you've changed your position and wouldn't call the police to censor me for yelling obscenities at you in the middle of the night in front of your home?
