Affected by frozen pipes? Don't worry, you can fix this yourself using a hairdryer (or even a heater) just turn off your stop tap, and gently warm your pipes. Just be careful not to overheat your pipes or they could burst! More resources on this, here: ms.spr.ly/6017enQoJ
