It contributes incarceration to all of these systems and in doing so is part of imprisoning the greatest number and percentage of people in the history of man. Specifically in SF though, we incarcerate more in our local jails per capita than germany feels the need to collectively

Paul - you are hilarious. You should get out more and campaign for Chesa. You’re a great spokesperson!

Five years ago I’d have found it amusing, but now it’s obvious people like Paul are just adopting Trump’s playbook: repeat a lie enough times & the familiarity heuristic makes it seem plausible, bombard people with lies & they won’t have the bandwidth to distinguish what’s true.

That's why I have all the citations and you have hurt feelings. Public policy should be decided by scientists sociologists not feelings. Data > your fragile Feelings

Yes, but your citations are somewhat like pointing to cancer as a national cause of death and using that to suggest everyone enter chemotherapy. Local context and data is important and you ignore it if it doesn't build your political narrative. It's not helping anyone.

Anti-science would be ignoring the evidence that most closely samples the population of interest. Anti-science would be prescribing chemotherapy to all because cancer exists for some.

I know all of you fact free republicans want to ignore the reality that there is a pandemic & epidemiology, but like everything else data is only important or relevant where normalized against its peers. No comparing years of data for a local office isn't relevant.

1. Can you provide any local evidence? 2. Samuel Sinyangwe is literally a professional racial justice activist. 3. Even if rate of crime remained constant, cancelling arrests would guarantee a lowering of crime stats, no? Samuel Sinyangwe doesn't say how he controlled for this.
