It's not an accurate statement. I said one of the challenges with solving the problem & one of the reasons why traditional prosecutions are failing is that many of the people selling were trafficked here. And I said that 24 percent of my general felony cases are drug sales

The war on drugs has not worked anywhere it's been waged. San Francisco is no exception and it won't be no matter who is prosecuting the cases.

Isn't it the case that Honduran drug dealers are trafficked to SF because it has created a welcoming marketplace for them? Sympathy for the dealers who's families are used to blackmail SF's DA, I get it. The question is, will SF remove the incentives for class A use & dealing?
