Cuomo's statement today was an attack on his victims, on sexual assault survivors, on efforts to gain justice for those who have been sexually harassed and violated. You and your colleagues have the power to shut this obscenity down, @Danny_ODonnell_. Please do so.
Statement discusses "pressure and demands" of governor's office, Cuomo's fostering of "collegiality," "banter," "levity." Compares his workplace environment to Obama's and Schumer's, speaks of building sense of "family."

Ruch: She claims that Cuomo, on meeting her at a party, rested his hand on her bare back, then said "wow, you're aggressive ... can I kiss you?" His "rebuttal" doesn't mention any of these allegations. He claims he doesn't remember the interaction, but describes it as benign.

This is not a serious response to the AG's report, and it will give Cuomo's remaining allies very little comfort.
