Response to Lindsey Boylan's allegations: Disputes her account of the circumstances of her leaving the governor's office as an employee. Denies most serious allegations, dismisses others as benign, accuses her of political motivation.
Response to Charlotte Bennett: Challenges Bennett on her interpretation of some of their interactions, but ignores many of her claims. Interestingly, the AG report makes clear he emphatically denied many of them in his testimony—none of those are mentioned here.
Response to groping allegations: Flat denial.
McGrath, Liss, and Kaitlyn: Dismisses their description of his behavior as harmless workplace banter, while glossing over many of their most serious allegations.
Hinton allegations: These accusations, which are mentioned only in passing in a footnote to the AG's report, receive three paragraphs of treatment in the governor's rebuttal, a reminder that the "rebuttal" was written before Cuomo's staff saw the report.
Ruch: She claims that Cuomo, on meeting her at a party, rested his hand on her bare back, then said "wow, you're aggressive ... can I kiss you?" His "rebuttal" doesn't mention any of these allegations. He claims he doesn't remember the interaction, but describes it as benign.
Four of the eleven complainants mentioned in the AG's report are not discussed in the governor's rebuttal, including three who accuse him of sexually touching or groping them.
This is not a serious response to the AG's report, and it will give Cuomo's remaining allies very little comfort.
