I'm staying away from WWDC predictions this year because there are so many potentially huge things on the 1–2 year horizon that I'm ready to be surprised. Talk of ARM Macs, iOS apps on macOS, new UI frameworks, new UI revamps, AR glasses and more; where there's smoke, etc…
A lot of anecdotal tidbits over the past year seem to point to a massive cleaning-out of macOS' 32-bit & legacy code — wouldn't surprise me if most of macOS effort this year went into gutting it (I guess, preparing for what happens next? Be it iOS apps, ARM, etc)
I still really hope they have time to build an Xcode for iPad in between designing new declarative UI frameworks, replacing Interface Builder with Swift, and adding aarch64 macOS cross-compilation 
(when you think about how many plates Apple is always spinning, it feels like Xcode for iPad will never happen 
)
Considering that Apple just hired a new SVP for AI / ML, of course any meaningful changes to Siri won't be ready. Probably won't start seeing anything major until WWDC 2019
I wish just one or two of those will come into fruition
