Can someone @ Stripe please tell why my emails are going unanswered for 2 weeks even though I get the usual confirmation that theyve received my email & will get back within 24 hrs or sooner, I want to know why my Stripes auto payout changes every 24 hrs and adds on an extra day

Now it is showing as monday the 9th April...the date changes every day...this is not right...will someone at stripe please get this sorted. My email address associated with this account is azorin1a@yahoo.com.

Today for example is showing as 29th March...tomorrow it will be thd 30th and so on. My pay't has been waiting to go into my verified bank acc. for 14 days, my original payment received into Stripe balance - 8th March.I am still waiting for numerous replies on why its happening

My other payments went through fine...I am no longer offering customers Stripe as a way of sending payment as this problem has not been rectified & cannot afford to run a business on these chaotic services offered by Stripe.
