Definitely! You just need to collect the customer's email and set the option `email customers for successful payments` to enabled in your account settings. We outline more steps about how to do so here:https://stripe.com/docs/receipts

That's at the account level but there a few other options! You could choose to manually send receipts via Dashboard or you could not collect email addresses under the `receipt_email` parameter for customers you don't want to send receipts to.
