Ok but now that pop up doesn’t appear for me. So what is the correct link, or at least an explanation of the US-only invoices?

Hmm, this puts a serious crimp in us being able to use this system. Is international support coming very soon, or ? Are there any workarounds so that we can use the rest of the system? Is there some legal reason for this?

We don't have a timeline to share at the moment regarding expansion of this to additional countries.

OK. Can you clarify that our existing account will not incur the new 0.4% pricing? We have not yet started billing subscriptions, but we will soon.

If you're already using subscriptions, this will not apply to your account. If you'd like us to take a look at your account specifically, can you send us an email via http://support.stripe.com/email ?
