Oh I have , numerous times over the last 3 weeks and except for the usual response that stripe had received my email and would reply within 24 hours, I have received nothing...nothing. How many times do I have to beg for help using http://support.stripe.com/email ?

This is rediculous...i'm getting nowhere. I am my mums full time carer and this shoddy 'support' is the last thing I need. Please get this problem of Stripes sorted out.
