@stripe It's now been 60 hours since I raised my first ticket. I have spoken to 5 live chat customer services agents, raised 3 tickets, tweeted.... And I still have absolutely no clue where my money is.
This is a huge sum of money, that has vanished, and nobody can tell me why.

This is a JOKE!!! Worst company EVER. You have emailed saying "still investigating". That is not good enough. This has been going on for 60 HOURS. How does it take 60 hours to find out what happened to my money??????????????
