Sorry to heat that! Occasionally transactions may be declined by the card issuing bank, but if you'd like to drop us some details we'd be happy to look into this further for you https://support.stripe.com/email

Not occasionally, many customers failed continuously. I heard that there was a trouble in your server for a few seconds from a friend of mine who contact to Japanese support account in Stripe. Is there any reason not to publish at https://status.stripe.com/ ?
