Still trying to get set up on my own site using @stripe - I provided identity verification but they never told me if they decided they could accept payments for me after all. Logged in today & dashboard had no info on it, but did have a request to update my URL.

The reasoning being that Stripe wants to see what I'm selling before they approve me. But I can't sell subscriptions without going through them, which means I can't put them up in my web store lest someone try to buy one and Stripe reject the payment.

So.... I'm still trying here, y'all. Everything is configured and waiting on my end, but Stripe is possibly the least transparent payment processor I've ever tried to set up with.

Replying to @NeolithicSheep @stripe
I *THINK* you can put Stripe into a "test" mode so that noone can buy anything with a valid cc. Hang on, checking docs I have not looked at in forever.

I don't know how that works with the WordPress plugins I'm using? I really just want to cry and give up. I am a goddamned farmer and would like someone to just tell me clearly what the rules are here so I can follow them.

Sorry for the confusion. Can you let us know the email address that's on your account and we can take a look?
