Anyone know if @stripe has a fast track for fighting a chargeback where you and the customer discussed the purchase through email, showing they knew what they were purchasing? (Claimed "Fraudulent")
We don't have a fast track, but this sounds like evidence you should submit through the Dashboard in response to this dispute.

Doing that now, just didn't know if there's a way to get this closed quicker. We all know banks take their time responding, so with a case like this it feels like a quicker resolution would fit. Guess it's a waiting game.
