Fact for me: if a dispute is raised by @stripe it doesn't matter if user contacts bank or not, I'll lose, every, damn, time.

I contact individual, they admitted it was a mistake, reported back to bank, I reported full email convo to Stripe, and yet I still lost.

Bottom line: if you/I am relying on the bank to report back to Stripe to show payment is legitimate, it'll lose and *cost me money*.
