If you're NOT a US citizen how are u getting paid w/ Stripe into a USD bank account? It seems @stripe has made it impossible to get paid into a USD bank account unless u have US company + EIN. What if u got a company in another country but get paid in USD to a USD bank account?

Stripe Atlas helps you to incorporate an LLC in Delaware. You also get a US Bank account with Silicon Valley Bank all for about US$500. I did this post a while back on the issue:https://twitter.com/adetolajulius/status/1127184213722173442?s=19 …

Yeah man I did see that. The issue I see with that is u are now obligated to annual US company filing + paying tax in the US + your home country. It seemed complicated to now have to manage two separate companies to get paid into a USD bank account. Or something i'm missing?

Hey Chris, we appreciate the feedback here. There are some countries that have the ability to settle into USD while being outside the US in present: https://stripe.com/docs/payouts#supported-accounts-and-settlement-currencies …. We're continuing to expand the amount of countries that have access to multiple settlement currencies.

👍 All I need is the ability to add a US bank account to an Australian Stripe account. Atm only your Canada accounts support USD. I'm not sure how to get paid with Stripe in this situation. Atlas would have me paying tax + fees in 2 countries cause i have a company already.
