I would think that in today's time's that Stripe would want to do the right thing and return the funds to my account, immediately I am so disappointed with Stripe as a payment center that I have removed myself from the turnover bnb app. due to them only using STRIPE as a payment.

I have received NO E-MAIL from Stripe. But I have filed a fraudulent claim with my bank for the unauthorized withdrawal of funds from my account. And I was not notified of any problem prior to this unauthorized withdrawal.
