@stripe are you aware that you are working with a fraudulent company? I have instructed Amex to block any transactions from you because of an experience with one if your fraudulent clients.
So sorry to hear that your card was fraudulently charged! Speaking to your bank was the best next step for you to take—they'll be able to help you going forward.
