Hey @stripe, how can I request a cancelation for a travel booking made in partnership with you guys if the website used is out? (Receipt #1779-3464)
While we're unable to issue refunds on behalf of our users, if you're unable to reach out to them, we suggest following up with your bank directly and they will be able to help with next steps.

But in the middle of a crisis and since the other company confirmed reservations are being canceled, why would you be unable to issue refunds? The bank only assists once the refund is issued or if the user don't recognize the purchase.
