Either I'm missing something, its super not obvious, or not possible to create a product w/ single unit price *without* a subscription in @stripe wtf. I just want to add individual products to a one off invoice.

Sorry for the confusion here—while this isn't possible, you can create invoice items to be added to a one-off invoice.

Yep, thanks, that's what I did. No reason why existing products (created prior) shouldn't be able to be added to one-off invoices, rather than only subscriptions. Would appreciate forwarding the issue/request to the relevant PM/team, thanks!

Mind confirming your email address via DM so we can take a closer look at what happened with your account verification?https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=102812444 …

That's OK, I got it sorted with an (additional?) phone verification. The issue is the very weird set of emails and the messaging in them. A single email with "Hey, your account is on hold, please verify to activate: <link>" would have been sufficient, and much less scary.

Unless scary was what
@stripe's going for. I know payments is serious biz, but "cant work with your business" was kinda out of left-field and seems quite disconnected with the apparent 'easy fix' of verifying a(nother) phone number.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

It sounds like there might've been one or two details that didn't add up on our side, but it's difficult to say without full context. In any case, glad to hear that it's now resolved, and we'll take this feedback on board.

Well, I thought it was (and maybe still is). After verifying by phone, I got a "reactivation" notice. But, just got a support email 15 minutes ago asking for more info. Except nothing in dashboard to indicate anything different than before. So now I'm even more confused.

We can check on this for you, if you wouldn't mind confirming your email address.
