I like @stripe for setting up products and subscription payments for apps, but I suggest not using them for large invoices. Their support reps misrepresented their review/payout policies, and have been unable to fix their own issues. They're still holding onto our cash :(

I was considering trying Stripe instead of QuickBooks for a six-figure invoice where the client must pay by credit card. QuickBooks always holds funds for large payments for a few days to verify the validity.

Our controller and operations manager have already been on the phone with you, and I've been on email, but apparently your agents said our "unresponsiveness" led to delays, even though I replied with all information you requested in half an hour.
