@stripe Is this true?!
“Refunds: We’ll no longer return Stripe’s fees from the original transaction when you refund a customer.” What about fraudulent charges that Stripe let’s through that must be refunded?
Hey Dave—we have Chargeback Protection which can help combat fraudulent charges that result in chargebacks. With Chargeback Protection, not only will we help cover dispute fees, but cover the disputed amount as well. Here's a bit of information on this: https://stripe.com/radar/chargeback-protection ….

That’s interesting but it seems a revenue generating equation/product for Stripe vs a protection for your clients and consumers. Should 10 stolen card charges from similar IP addresses in the Philippines that you don’t block cost us $100 in refund fees kept by Stripe?

We also have Radar for Fraud Teams which allows you to configure more attributes for fraud prevention. To the point of IP addresses, you can even block specific IPs. This further allows you to customize how you protect your business: https://stripe.com/radar/fraud-teams ….
