.@stripe what's the recommended course of action if I found the charge info via https://support.stripe.com/charge-lookup but the service provider doesn't respond for quite some time?

Sorry that you're having trouble reaching the service provider. If you're sure that the charge is not legitimate, and you've exhausted all means of contacting the business, we recommend reaching out to your bank to file a chargeback/dispute.
