@stripe You guys need to bring back Monthly Reports ASAP. This new 3-line summary report is an absolute joke. We’re getting contradictory data in exports vs online for the same date range, nothing is adding up & there is no breakdown per activity. This is completely unworkable.

Why would you need our email? This is a change that affects all accounts. I’ve checked with other vendors who also use stripe & they also no longer have access to monthly reports. It has nothing to do with us individually, it’s a change YOU implemented. We need the reports back.

No. I don’t need you to look at my account I need you to bring back the monthly reports which contain the necessary data for proper account reporting. These new reports are a joke. Stop making it sound like it’s an isolated issue, it’s not.

You should be able to see the breakdown of fees in the itemized report, as opposed to the summary report.
