Is it just me or does the @stripe hosted checkout takes a bit longer to finish?
In this demo, it is taking around 5 seconds to finish, but I have noticed it takes way more than that sometimes.pic.twitter.com/CGHC0clYzi

It might be waiting for a non-existent webhook to respond before redirecting back to your site. I think Stripe does this so you can update your site/db before the user lands on it again.

Hm, we've got a bit more information on what happens after a successful Checkout payment. This may be worth taking a glance at: https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout/fulfillment#webhooks ….

May I ask how long it usually takes? I am guessing less than 5 seconds.

We'd love to peek into things a bit further to see what could be causing latency. Mind shooting us a DM?https://twitter.com/messages/compose?recipient_id=102812444 …
