As a digital business, I am finding @paypal to be a BIG fraud. Simple scenario:
1. Buyer purchases something worth $200
2. Buyer makes use of the product
3. Buyer opens a dispute "unauthorized transaction" with PayPal
4. PayPal takes over a month & decides in buyer's favour
We have a range of features which can help prevent disputes of this nature. Feel free to have a read through our docs[0], and let us know if you have any questions![1] [0] https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/prevention … [1]https://stripe.com/contact/sales

I don't see anything in the docs that suggest you are doing anything different. What we have faced is probably the "friendly fraud" as per your docs. There is no protection for digital goods in that case. Any clarification?pic.twitter.com/1hKvhmdZpv

Good question. We go into more specifics on how to handle specific dispute types here: https://stripe.com/docs/disputes/ . Strong documented evidence also helps significantly.
