Let me know when you acknowledge that people who live in the US might move overseas and no longer have a 5 digit zip code on their credit card so your form won’t try to be clever by detecting the issuing country of the card and force only 5 digits.

We appreciate the feedback—mind sharing which form you're referring to specifically? Is it via Elements, Checkout, or the Hosted Invoice page?

Indiegogo uses your default credit card form and when you put in the number, the form auto-detects that it’s a US-issued card and will only let you input 5 digits. If you input a Japan-issued card, it lets you put in 7. I moved to Japan, changed my billing address, can’t use it.
