Hey @stripe. How is it going? Three months ago you took in excess of €10K of our customers’ money and we’re still waiting for it. We’ve had numerous excuses from ‘oh you forgot to insert a postcode into your profile’ to ‘I can’t fix this as there is a bug stopping me’. 3 months!

I have DM’ed you my email address associated with my account. I have already raised a complaint to your ‘complaints department’, but all I got was an automated email from your normal support ticketing system, therefore I don’t hold up much hope of this going anywhere
