Sounds like someone disputed a charge made to you on the app and said it was fraud so stripe shut your account down. Which is crazy. You’d think they’d tell you what charge.

I have no idea. I literally send packages out about 3 times a week and I have gotten no negative feedback from anyone.

All I do is sell art, I don’t understand how anyone could see that as fraudulent.

Referring to what someone said above, the only theory I have is that someone disputed the item so essentially getting their money back but not having to return an item :/ it happens a lot with sellers on Depop and other selling related apps

like essentially they receive an item, claim they didn’t, get refunded because of buyer protection, keep the item and get their money back. It’s gross and I hope that’s not what happened but it happens a lot more often than people would think :(

Ya this happened to me on Depop, but they gave me a chance to resolve it at least

Stripe unfortunately wont even tell me what the dispute is at the moment.
