During the early days of @stripe, their hiring litmus test was that they'll hire you as long as you're someone the team would want to come into the office on Saturday, just to hang out with you. If not then they were not getting the job.

Thanks for calling this out! We used to use this as part of our interview process but have recognized that this was a mistake. As it isn't a great way to test skills or qualifications needed for a role, it is not part of the process today.
