Your support person Riley was genuinely nice (& apparently a fan of my work which was neat). I still disagree w being responsible for the dispute fee bc I didn’t do anything wrong & the work required to counter it would put me in more of a defecit than to just absorb it.pic.twitter.com/YTo0hctUnq

@Stripe is for themselves when it comes to disputes. They want to make sure they cover themselves while not fighting for you. You can submit all the proof in the world that the dispute shouldn’t be honored but you’ll still lose the dispute. Then they’ll cancel your account.
