What is it with customer support people on phones interrupting you every time you try to explain whats going on, and THEN think they know and repeat what they think just for you to say "No, that's not right, if you stop interrupting I wouldn't have to explain this 15 times"

yeah i have experienced this, especially with IT staff. i think they assume you know nothing about tech and they just cut me off
