I don't often have to use it, but the @stripe
support team is one of the best in the business. Training a good support team (especially at scale) is incredibly difficult, but they have definitely pulled it off.

Recent experience was completely the opposite. They weren't even reading what my actual problem was and just sent canned answers. A very kind Patrick provided the answer I needed, but I felt really bad having to write to him
