Update: this got taken care of. But it shouldn't take that. I shouldn't have to publicly put them on blast and have internal connections to get things processed properly. What if I didn't have a platform? I wouldn't have a voice. I love Stripe, but this is crazy.

We agree that this is not the route that you should have to take in order to get support so we'll be reviewing what happened here so that we can make improvements going forward. So sorry again for the hassle!
